Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Personal Branding Content Creator in Petaling Jaya to elevate the CEO and Executive Director’s public image. You will lead end-to-end content strategy, video production, event coverage, and cross-functional coordination to publish compelling content across digital channels.

The role requires 2–3 years of content creation, fluent English and Mandarin, and proficiency in CapCut and Canva.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or multimedia storytelling.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong storytelling, scriptwriting and copywriting skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute tailored personal branding strategies for the CEO and Executive Director.
• Shadow executives to capture authentic behind-the-scenes footage and lifestyle moments; assist with styling.
• Produce short-form video content and static posts; maintain a monthly quota of 12 posts per executive (6 videos, 6 images).
• Manage profiles on TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and Facebook with a content calendar; monitor trends and interactions.

We are looking for a Personal Branding Content Creator to drive and elevate the executive brand presence and social media positioning for the CEO and Executive Director. This role spans end-to-end content strategy, video production, event coverage, calendar planning, and cross-functional coordination to cultivate an authentic public image across digital platforms.

Core Responsibilities:

• Executive Branding Strategy & Identity: Formulate and execute tailored personal branding strategies for the CEO and Executive Director, establishing a distinct brand voice, visual aesthetics, and compelling narrative alignment across all digital channels.
• On-the-Ground Visual Capture & Styling: Shadow executives during corporate meetings, industry events, networking sessions, and daily routines to capture authentic behind-the-scenes footage and lifestyle moments, while assisting with environment setup, wardrobe coordination, and styling.
• Content Creation & Multi-Platform Publishing: Produce engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Xiaohongshu/XHS) as well as static images, captions, scripts, and lifestyle stories in English and Mandarin, delivering a monthly quota of at least 12 published posts per executive (6 videos and 6 static/carousel posts).
• Social Media Management & Trend Capitalization: Oversee, schedule, and grow official profiles on TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and Facebook using an organized content calendar, while actively monitoring trends, audience comments, and DMs to maximize reach and engagement.
• Performance Analytics & Asset Archiving: Track social media performance metrics, channel growth, and engagement statistics to pitch fresh content ideas, while maintaining a structured digital asset library for future brand usage.
• Cross-Departmental & Vendor Coordination: Liaise seamlessly with external photographers, videographers, designers, and marketing vendors, while collaborating with internal business units to gather information and ensure timely delivery of branding campaigns.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Requires 2 to 3 years of hands-on working experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or multimedia storytelling.
• Fluent communication, storytelling, scriptwriting, and copywriting skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Demonstrated proficiency in producing and editing short-form video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and Facebook.
• Mastery of modern editing software and design tools such as CapCut, Canva and video editing applications.
• Exceptionally creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized with solid project coordination and time-management capabilities to operate independently in a high-speed environment.

Remunerations:

RM 3,500 - RM 4,500
