Solace Wellbeing Group in Malaysia is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media and the group’s web estate. You will manage Google Ads, Meta, and WordPress across brand domains, while implementing GA4/GTM and technical SEO.

You will report to the Group Marketing Manager and work on cost per enquiry and cost per admission targets. The role requires 3+ years in performance marketing and hands-on WordPress capability, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in performance marketing, paid search, or SEO.
• Experience managing live Google Ads and Meta budgets with attributable outcomes.
• Hands-on WordPress capability: page builds, plugin management, and troubleshooting without developer support.
• Demonstrated technical SEO work with measurable before and after results.
• Working proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Full working fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Acceptance that clinical judgement and patient confidentiality take precedence over campaign performance.

Responsabilités

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, including search, Performance Max, and remarketing.
• Maintain, develop, and secure the group's WordPress sites, including page builds, site speed, and uptime.
• Deliver technical and on-page SEO: site architecture, indexing, schema, internal linking, and keyword strategy.
• Build visibility in AI search and answer engines through structured content, schema, and citation-ready pages.
• Implement and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, call tracking, and conversion tracking across all domains.
• Allocate and control media budget across brands and markets, and report on cost per enquiry and cost per admission.
• Test and improve landing page conversion, enquiry forms, and lead routing.
• Maintain Google Business Profiles and local listings for all facilities.
• Ensure all pages and adverts comply with Malaysian healthcare advertising regulations, platform restrictions on mental health and addiction advertising, and patient confidentiality requirements.
