Job summary

Boxgreen in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to lead paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Shopee/Lazada. You will own campaign strategy, execution, and optimization to drive growth and KPI performance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in performance marketing, with a degree in Marketing or Digital Media, strong analytics, and the ability to present insights. The role offers remote work with monthly onsite meetings in KL.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on performance marketing experience with paid search, social, or marketplaces.
• Proven success in launching and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Shopee Ads.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with a love for testing and learning.
• Proficient in Google Analytics; SQL or Omniture experience a bonus.
• Detail-oriented, fast-paced, performance-driven.
• Strong communication and ability to present insights.
• Based near Kuala Lumpur or able to attend monthly onsite KL meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Monitor performance and analyze campaigns to drive ROAS and CPA improvements.
• Conduct A/B tests and optimise creative, targeting and bidding.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Automate reports and routine tasks via Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with partners and account managers to apply best practices.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and new platforms.
• Support organic and paid integration efforts with marketing and operations.

Performance Marketing Executive (Remote, KL)

• Monitor and analyze campaign performanceusing analytics tools, generating actionable insights to drive growth and achieve KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA).
• Conduct A/B testingand ongoing performance experiments to improve ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports(weekly, monthly, post-campaign) detailing key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
• Automate reports and operational tasksusing tools like Google Sheets for efficiency.
• Work closely with partners and account managers(e.g., Google, Meta, Shopee) to leverage best practices and platform updates.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid search, social media, and/or marketplace advertising
• Proven success in launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display), Meta, TikTok, and Shopee Ads
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
• A sharp analytical mindsetyou love testing hypotheses, learning fast, and making data-driven decisions
• Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, and bonus if you're familiar with SQL or Omniture
• A detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• A strong communicator who can distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Based near Kuala Lumpur or able to attend monthly onsite meetings in the KL area
