Job summary

Menara Maxis is seeking a data analytics professional to drive performance insights and deliver data-driven decisions across Malaysia. You will identify gaps, monitor performance, and lead plans for value creation and efficiency improvements.

You will own and maintain Sales Power BI data models to ensure accurate analytics that align with business needs. The role emphasizes collaboration within a diverse, performance-driven culture and offers the chance to make an impact on sales analytics for

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and opportunities through performance monitoring, and lead actionable plans for value creation, performance uplift and operational efficiency improvement.
• Drive improvements on outlet productivity through effective performance review/ tracking.
• Identify new data dimension and strategic lead indicators requirement based on new and evolving business requirements, and evaluate the best application of such information for analytics and reporting needs.
• Custodian on Sales Power BI data models, ensuring that the use and application of the data within the key Sales Power BI data models fit the business needs and application to ensure consistent data analysis and insights.
