Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a People Development Intern to help shape how employees learn, grow, and engage across the company through surveys, learning initiatives, and analytics.

You will build and automate reports in Excel or Google Sheets, coordinate training sessions, and contribute to e-learning modules and knowledge checks while researching new learning technologies. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a RM1,200 monthly stipend.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Google Workspace tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
• Currently enrolled in undergraduate or master's program in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Drive company-wide surveys and feedback mechanisms from setup to insight analysis.
• Coordinate learning sessions end-to-end including scheduling and logistics.
• Develop e-learning modules and interactive knowledge checks.
• Conduct research on learning topics and evaluate training partners and grants.
