Job summary
Funding Societies | Modalku, Malaysia, is offering a People Development Intern role for 3–6 months in Kuala Lumpur. The intern will drive company-wide surveys, coordinate regional learning initiatives, and research new learning technologies while supporting data-informed decisions.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program in HR, data science, business administration, economics, management, statistics, or related fields.
- Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and project management abilities.
- Prior internship or project experience in people development or people analytics preferred.
- Excellent communication and data interpretation skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive company-wide surveys from setup to insight analysis and reporting.
- Run regional people development initiatives and coordinate learning sessions end-to-end.
- Research and innovate in learning, evaluate external platforms and partners.
- Perform data cleaning and analysis in Excel or Google Sheets to support decisions.
