Job summary

TMK Chemical Bhd. seeks a professional driver to operate ISO tanker trucks and deliver chemicals to customers with safety as the top priority. The role involves pumping operations, equipment inspection, and strict adherence to PPE and vehicle regulations.

The driver will report maintenance needs promptly, perform daily Post-Drive checks, and ensure all deliveries are accurately documented. Candidates should be able to read maps and plan efficient routes while maintaining courteous service at

• No explicit degree required; focus on safe driving practices and adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate ISO tanker trucks safely and courteously to deliver goods.
• Deliver goods to customers with emphasis on safety at all times.
• Inspect and operate pumping equipment, report maintenance issues immediately.
• Perform daily Post-Drive checks and document findings for supervisor.
• Comply with APAD ICOP, PPE requirements, and traffic rules.
• Follow maps/directions to plan efficient routes and return delivery notes weekly.

Job description

To drive ISO tanker truck in safe and courteous manner.

To deliver goods to customer safely at all times.

To manage, handle and operate pumping activities at customer site safely and ensure equipment are in working conditions.

To report any vehicle and pump maintenance issues immediately.

To be responsible in conducting daily vehicle Post-Drive check (PDC), record found issues and communicate to Executive before proceed for trip.

To comply to required rules and regulations including APAD ICOP, proper PPE in warehouse and customer site while on duty.

To comply to gazette speed limit on the road (highway or trunk road) or inside customer’s premises.

To ensure vehicle idling being controlled below target.

To compile and return all Delivery Orders and Return Note (CA) in weekly basis.

To ensure the company assigned Diesel card and Touch N Go card are well kept.

To ensure the cleanliness of assigned vehicle.

To be able to reads and interprets maps or driving directions to plan the most efficient route service.

To perform any other tasks as and when required and instructed by the superior or by the Management.
