Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Selangor is seeking a PDE CEM Engineer to develop and optimize backend assembly processes for NPI and HVM transfers. You will apply DOE, collect data, and use AI-enabled methods where applicable to improve yield, quality and reliability.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, documentation of POR/TOR/BOM, and driving process improvements, with a focus on packaging, materials, and equipment to deliver robust, cost-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years' experience encouraged to apply.
• Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Transfer new products and packages from NPI to HVM site.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams across sites to complete transfers.
• Validate and document POR, TOR and BOM for transferred products and packages.
• Execute qualification of NPI packages per planned timeline.
• Execute NPI Customer samples and Engineering Samples builds.
• Identify and optimize assembly processes, materials, and equipment.
