TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking an experienced procurement and MPDE professional to strengthen PCBA supplier qualification, develop manufacturing capability, and ensure QMS compliance across new supplier development.

You will coordinate with PDE, MPDE, engineering, and suppliers to improve delivery, lead time, and manufacturing readiness, while driving action-item closure and ensuring alignment on quality, cost, and technical expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in electrical/automation/mechanical engineering.
Minimum 7 years MPDE experience in PCBA and related procurement.
Total 10+ years across industries including PCBA.
Knowledge of connectors, cables, PCBA tolerances, and cost drivers.
Experience with EMS supplier coordination and APQP processes.

Responsabilités

Coordinate procurement, SQE, PDE, MPDE and document manufacturing capability and QMS.
Lead cross-functional reviews with PDE/MPDE and suppliers to address delivery risks.
Drive closure of supplier action items and escalate gaps.
Provide early manufacturing support for PCBA during NPI and supplier selection.
Facilitate DFM discussions with suppliers and Engineering to align on manufacturing requirements.
