Job summary

GUH Circuit Industry (PG) Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge our technical capabilities with client needs and drive profitable solutions for PCB products.

Join a dynamic team to develop relationships, tailor technical and commercial offerings, and travel locally and regionally to support customers and exhibitions. Degree in electronics/electrical engineering and 2–3 years in sales engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales engineering role in electronics or related industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of circuit design, PCB manufacturing, electronic components, or similar products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote PCB products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and other sales documentation in a timely manner.
• Generate and monitor sales forecasts, market trends, and customer demand for planning.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery scheduling.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, negotiate commercial matters, and maintain positive relationships.
