Job summary

Gultech (Malaysia)Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated training professional to develop and maintain OJT documents in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and to deliver hands-on technical training for production teams.

The role includes competency assessments, maintaining the Skill Matrix, and acting as Internal Skill Development Auditor to support audits and continuous improvement in PCB manufacturing. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technical training are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/robotics or related engineering field preferred.
• 3+ years of PCB manufacturing experience in process engineering, equipment engineering, NPI, or related engineering functions.
• Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Passionate about training, coaching, and developing people.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and operations.
• Hands-on experience in equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in technical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain all OJT documents in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Conduct technical training for Production Operators, Technicians, Line Leaders and Foremen.
• Conduct competency assessments and certify Operators, Technicians, Line Leaders and Foremen.
• Develop and maintain the Skill Matrix for Operators, Technicians, Line Leaders and Foremen.
• Act as Internal Skill Development Auditor and support internal/external audits.
