Job summary

MAP Group (PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk) is seeking a Payroll Executive based in Malaysia to manage end-to-end payroll operations for Malaysia and Singapore. You will maintain records, ensure statutory compliance, and partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll queries.

The role requires 2–4 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive based in Malaysia to support payroll operations across Malaysia and Singapore. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll compliance, and providing payroll support to employees and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Maintain payroll records, employee data, statutory deductions, tax information, and payroll documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, payroll policies, and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support payroll audits and month-end activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of payroll experience, preferably handling payroll operations in Malaysia.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory contributions, taxation, and payroll compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
