Job summary

NetApp Malaysia aka Network Appliance (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing for its assigned countries in Malaysia. You will gather inputs from multiple departments, coordinate with the service provider, and ensure accurate posting of payroll journals and reconciliations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with accounting and finance for payroll funding, consolidating bank details for salary processing, and ensuring timely filings and payments

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries.
• Gather information from various departments on payroll inputs and share with service provider.
• Prepare and post payroll journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Coordinate with accounting and finance to arrange payroll funds.
• Consolidate bank details and upload for salary processing.
• Ensure timely filings, reporting and payments to statutory bodies.
• Address payroll queries from employees or service providers.
• Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
