Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in payroll processing or related admin function.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate payroll data.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Validate employee timesheets (field bonus, overtime) per policies and approvals.
• Ensure timesheet submission accuracy, completeness, and payroll deadlines.
• Standardize timesheet templates across country region for consistency.
• Provide training to People Leaders on timesheet usage, submission requirements, and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with People & Culture (HR) to align timesheet processes with payroll updates.
• Participate in Power BI dashboard automation to improve reporting efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze monthly payroll metrics and payroll reports.
• Work cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, and stakeholders to resolve issues within SLA.
