You will support clients with high-quality payroll solutions, ensuring statutory compliance and smooth operations. The role requires 1–3 years in payroll, comfort with MS Office and payroll software, and the ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively in a team.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of solid working experience in a payroll environment.
• Candidates from outsourced payroll environment will be advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and proven experience in the usage of payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and work closely with clients and payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely salary payment.
• Ensure reporting to IRAS within timelines for relevant payroll events.
• Provide advice on complicated payroll cases while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Assist in business process streamlining for work efficiency.
