Job summary

Pet Lovers Centre is seeking a capable HR assistant to support recruitment and HR-related matters for our retail division in Shah Alam.

With at least 1 year of relevant experience and a mature, patient, and team-oriented attitude, you will handle job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Matured and pleasant personality.
• Patient and with positive work attitude.
• Able to work independently as well as working in a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work at Elmina East, Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• To assist in handling all the HR-related matters.
• To handle the recruitment process from job advertising, job description, shortlisting candidates, arranging interview appointments, conducting interviews until successfully hiring a staff for the retail division.
