Job summary

Zeal Group is seeking a Payment Owner for the ZFX Greater China region to lead the selection, evaluation, and continuous optimization of Payment Service Providers (PSPs) using data-driven insights. You will analyze PSP performance, including deposit/withdrawal success rates, failure reasons, processing times, costs and risks, and propose practical optimization solutions tailored to regional needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative or analytical field.
2–3+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or related fields.
Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills.
High sensitivity to key payment metrics such as success rates, costs, and risks.
Fluent in Chinese; basic professional English communication.

Responsibilities

Select, evaluate, and recommend PSPs for the GC region based on data and performance.
Analyze existing PSPs: deposit/withdrawal success rates, failure reasons, processing times, costs, and risks.
Propose practical optimization solutions tailored to regional needs.
Collaborate with PSPs, Payment Operations, Finance, and Customer Support to improve channels.
Establish PSP evaluation standards and governance for transparency and controllability.
Follow up on payment-related issues, exceptions, and optimization initiatives.
