Job summary

FUTURE FOOD SDN. BHD. is seeking a Pastry Packer in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, to join our manufacturing and logistics team.

This full-time role focuses on preparing, packaging, and labeling pastry products for distribution, while maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards. You will work closely with colleagues to meet daily packing targets and ensure products reach customers in perfect condition. Experience in food production is valued, though training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in packing or similar manufacturing role in food industry (preferred).
• Attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• Able to meet production targets with accuracy.
• Familiar with food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg and stand for long periods.
• Good hand-eye coordination for precise packing.
• Team player with good communication and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pastry products for quality, freshness, and consistency before packaging.
• Pack pastry items into containers and packaging materials per specs.
• Ensure packaging is sealed, labelled, with expiry dates.
• Maintain records of quantities and batch numbers for traceability.
• Organise packaged products on pallets for distribution.
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor packaging materials and report shortages or issues.
• Meet daily packing targets and production schedules.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth workflow and a clean, safe environment.
• Operate packaging machinery and perform routine maintenance.
