Talent Trader Group is seeking a Parts Planner to manage component-level Material Requirements Planning (MRP), safety stock, and material availability to support production schedules. Reporting to the PMC Supervisor, you will issue Purchase Requisitions (PR), track material readiness, and help prevent line stoppages across production lines.
You will coordinate ECN changes, monitor inventories, and drive SLOB reduction in collaboration with procurement and warehouse teams.

Material Requirements Planning (MRP) & Requisitioning
MRP Execution: Perform regular MRP calculations for assigned production parts and raw materials to align inventory procurement with master production schedules.
Requisitioning: Generate accurate Purchase Requisitions (PR) in a timely manner and issue them to Procurement to maintain target safety stock levels.
Line Support & Material Readiness
Readiness Verification: Conduct daily material availability and readiness reviews against short-term production schedules to identify and mitigate shortage risks prior to line allocation.
Shortage Management: Partner with Procurement and Warehouse teams to expedite critical component deliveries and resolve line-stop threats promptly.
ECN & Inventory Life-Cycle Management
ECN Execution: Coordinate Engineering Change Notice (ECN) cut-over schedules, ensuring seamless phase-in of new engineering components and phase-out of legacy stock to minimize scrap exposure.
SLOB Control: Monitor inventory aging reports, track slow-moving, dormant, and obsolete (SLOB) stock, and execute structured inventory depletion or disposition programs.
Academic Credentials: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Tenure: Minimum 1 year of production material planning, inventory control, or supply chain execution experience within a manufacturing environment (experience in automotive components or assembly preferred).
System & Software Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (data analysis, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and working experience with Enterprise Resource Planning platforms (Kingdee ERP, SAP, or equivalent MRP systems).
Analytical Skills: Strong numerical capability, meticulous attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
