Job summary

Mazda Sg Besi is seeking a dedicated Parts Assistant to join the team in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on stock control, collaboration with the service department, and processing orders and deliveries.

The candidate should have basic education as listed and an interest in automotive parts. Fresh graduates are welcome, and a D license is required to drive certain duties and assets if applicable.

• Experience in automotive/parts handling is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Must possess (D) license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock is secure, in good condition, and suitable for use.
• Work closely with service department and internal customers on delivery updates.
• Follow health & safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Assist in sales accessories, stock location, and special orders.
• Report stock movement and delivery discrepancies to Parts Manager.
• Support dealership staff in parts identification and replacements.
• Perform other duties assigned by Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure stock is secure, in good condition, and suitable for use
• Work closely with service department and internal customers on delivery updates
• Follow company health & safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Assist in sales accessories, stock location, and special orders
• Report stock movement and delivery discrepancies to Parts Manager
• Support dealership staff in parts identification and replacements

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive/parts handling is an advantage
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a team
• Minimum Spm, Stpm, Certificate or Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduated are welcome.
• Must posses (D) License.

Working Hours:
Monday – Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
