Job summary

TNG Digital is seeking a practical and driven intern to support partnerships, business development and data insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze partner performance, assist campaign rollout and identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education requirements: Diploma/degree in business admin, economics, marketing or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data interpretation.
• Curious, self-driven and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Partnership Support: assist in managing relationships with key partners across telco, bills and digital lifestyle segments.
• Business Development: support identifying and evaluating new business or promotional opportunities to increase user transactions and engagement.
• Data Analysis & Insights: work with BI team to gather and interpret partner performance data, user transactions and campaign results.
• Campaign Execution: coordinate with Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Compliance, Finance to roll out campaigns smoothly.
• Market Research: monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Reporting: prepare performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal updates or partner meetings.
• Innovation & Ideas: propose creative ideas or small-scale experiments to improve partner performance and user experience.
