Reports to: Senior Marketing & Partnership Manager

Overview

We're looking for a proactive fresh grad who enjoys organising, communicating, and making things happen. You'll help keep campaigns and collaborations running smoothly by coordinating with teams, tracking progress, and assisting with day-to-day execution. You'll also have the opportunity to join external meetings or discussions to see how partnerships come to life.

Gain hands-on experience in marketing partnerships, campaign operations, and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on action items to ensure project timelines and deliverables are on track.
• Support in preparing decks, reports, and documentation when required.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of working experience.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for daily reporting and presentation tasks.
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus if you have

• Interest in marketing, partnerships, or project coordination.
• Experience using Canva or other design tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Notion AI, or other automation tools) to enhance productivity.
• Curious mindset and initiative to learn by doing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
