YCP Group Malaysia is seeking a Partner to lead business development and client engagement across Southeast Asia. The role involves steering high-stakes consulting engagements, guiding cross-functional teams, and shaping long-term growth strategies.

With a track record in strategy consulting, you will mentor leaders, manage key accounts, and drive revenue and profitability while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in strategy consulting or related field and demonstrated team leadership.
• Proven track record in originating and closing consulting/research/financial advisory projects.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex engagements and teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with outcomes focus in a fast-growing environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the client base across Southeast Asia and Japan.
• Lead cross-functional teams and oversee multiple engagements.
• Mentor senior leaders and contribute to hiring, performance management, and succession planning.
• Own P&L for accounts or service lines and drive revenue growth and margins.
