Job summary

YCP Group in Malaysia is seeking a Partner to drive client networks across Southeast Asia, enhance strategic advisory delivery, and lead cross-border engagements with Japan. You will shape growth strategies, mentor senior leaders, and oversee multi-disciplinary teams on major transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in a strategy consulting environment with team leadership.
• Proven track record of originating and closing consulting/research/financial advisory projects.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead large, complex engagements and teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and results-driven in a fast-growing setting.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Generating New Sales.
• Develop and generate new consulting-led projects proactively.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategy and contract negotiations.
• Client Leadership and trusted advisory to senior stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex business and transformation initiatives.
• Act as executive sponsor for key engagements, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop senior leaders; contribute to hiring and succession planning.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative working culture.
• Drive revenue growth, manage margins and optimize resource utilization.
