The Edge Partnership - The Edge in Asia is seeking a Partner to lead the Audit & Assurance practice, driving growth, profitability, and strategic direction for a diverse client portfolio. You will oversee engagements, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and build strong relationships with clients, boards, and audit committees.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in client portfolio management and business development.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across boards and committees.
• Extensive external audit experience within a Big Four firm is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, profitability, and strategic direction of Audit & Assurance.
• Lead and oversee a portfolio of audit engagements with quality and compliance.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, boards, and audit committees.
• Drive business development and secure new engagements.
