Responsibilities

Demonstrate and explain products and services to persuade customers to purchase.
Identify interested and qualified customers and provide brand/product information.
Deliver sell-through to meet personal sales targets.
Perform up-sell and cross-sell where opportunities arise.
Ensure records of sale via the POS system and maintain stock/merchandising.
Maintain store visuals and housekeeping to align with guidelines.
Provide excellent service to customers and vendors.
Attend to customer feedback and resolve issues when needed.
