Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, identifying their needs, offering tailored advice, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Use strong product knowledge to handle objections and close sales while building customer loyalty.
  • Maintain the store image by keeping the store organized and visually appealing according to company standards. Support visual merchandising updates and ensure new items are displayed correctly.
  • Handle product receiving, unpacking, and displaying. Regularly replenish stock and maintain proper organization in the stockroom.
  • Adhere to the Brand Lifestyle Guide and maintain a neat, professional appearance in full uniform to preserve the corporate image.
  • Effectively use store systems and RFID technology to locate, track, and manage products efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Malaysian nationality.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail fashion.
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in related fields.
  • Knowledge of fashion and trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
