Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly retail associate to help customers select products and greet them in a welcoming manner, delivering attentive service throughout each visit.

You will drive sales through customer engagement, share product knowledge, and assist with inventory and stocking. The role requires flexibility to work shifts arranged by a supervisor and a strong sense of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM Level or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
• Strong sense of responsibility and pro-activity.
• Willing to follow retail working hours by shift as arranged by supervisor.
