Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a part-time warehouse assistant in Pengkalan, Ipoh to support daily order fulfilment. Work roughly 4 hours per day with morning and afternoon sessions, plus Saturday morning shifts.

Split shifts accommodate daily parcel drop-off schedules. Responsibilities include accessing Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop, verifying orders, packing items, counting stock and coordinating courier drop-offs.

Qualifications

• Must be punctual and reliable for shifts.
• Attention to detail when packing and labeling.
• Ability to work without constant supervision.
• Experience with packing and e‑commerce platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Access Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop to check orders and print Airway Bills (AWB).
• Check orders and ensure item, variant and quantity are correct before packing.
• Pick and pack orders neatly and accurately.
• Count and check stock to ensure physical stock is accurate.
• Inform HR/management of stock shortages or discrepancies.
• Send and drop off parcels at the nearby courier drop-off point.
