Job summary
Nawwarah Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant & Live Host to join our team. You will host live selling sessions on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to promote our Umrah and Muslim tour packages, and handle enquiries via WhatsApp and social media.
You will also assist walk-in clients, support the sales team, and help with simple admin tasks. The role offers flexible hours, 2–3 office days weekly, and paid training.
Qualifications

- Comfortable handling chat inquiries and social media communications.

Job description
Nawwarah Travel & Tours is looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant & Live Host to work from our Penang office 2-3 days a week.
While at the office you will: host live selling sessions (TikTok / Facebook / Instagram) promoting our umrah and Muslim tour packages; reply to WhatsApp and social media enquiries; help with simple admin and customer documents; assist walk-in clients; support the sales team.
Requirements: Muslim, aged 18+, good spoken Bahasa Malaysia (English a bonus), confident and friendly on camera, comfortable with live selling and chat enquiries, able to come to the office 2-3 days a week (you choose your hours but the days must be completed). Sales, customer service, admin or travel experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates and students welcome.
Pay: RM9 per hour (about 12 hours a week) plus sales commission.
Benefits: flexible hours, training provided, EPF/SOCSO as required by law.
