Job summary

Nawwarah Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant & Live Host to join our team. You will host live selling sessions on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to promote our Umrah and Muslim tour packages, and handle enquiries via WhatsApp and social media.

You will also assist walk-in clients, support the sales team, and help with simple admin tasks. The role offers flexible hours, 2–3 office days weekly, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Customer service and administrative support skills are essential.
• Ability to host live sessions and engage customers online.
• Comfortable handling chat inquiries and social media communications.

Responsibilities

• Host live selling sessions promoting our Umrah and Muslim tour packages.
• Reply to WhatsApp and social media inquiries in a timely manner.
