Job summary

GYD Trading in Kuala Lumpur seeks an accounting assistant with a Diploma in Accounting or Finance to support daily tasks, data entry, and filing.

You will process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements and GL accounts, and help prepare financial reports. The role also supports month-end and year-end closings and audits, with training and flexible working hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
