Job summary

H&M in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help them find items that suit their style. You will share fashion knowledge, promote products, and support the team to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

You’ll work collaboratively with the Store Team to keep the sales floor inviting, stock the shelves, and assist with opening and closing duties. The role reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields.
• Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store experience while promoting our products and driving sales.
• Thriving in collaborative and dynamic environments.
• Communicative, creative, curious to work with store technology, with a strong eagerness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the store.
• Assist customers in finding items and share fashion knowledge to aid informed choices.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
• Keep the sales floor and back of house well-stocked, organized and inviting.
• Support opening and closing of the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
