Responsibilities

• Carry out routine facilities maintenance and repair work
• Perform checking and monitoring of building facilities and equipment
• Assist troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance issues
• Ensure facilities and work areas are clean, safe, and in good condition
• Support installation, servicing, and replacement of equipment when required
• Record daily maintenance activities and report abnormal findings
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Able to work part time / shift / weekend when required
