Job summary

AEON FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SDN.BHD is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and upkeep of site facilities, utilities, equipment, and support services. The role ensures all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and client requirements.

You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate with contractors, manage schedules, document maintenance work, and support audits while maintaining high safety and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in FM or related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of facilities management experience.
• Experience supervising technicians and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities, utilities, and building services.
• Supervise maintenance activities across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage attendance, shift schedules, and manpower deployment.
• Supervise contractors and service providers on-site.
• Prepare maintenance reports and support audits.
