Job summary

Wish You Good Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a barista to join our fast-paced outlet. You will prepare coffee, take orders and deliver friendly service to customers.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in espresso drinks, and excellent customer service are required. This part-time role includes weekends and holidays and offers opportunities to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role.
• Proficiency in preparing various coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Company recipes and SOPs.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
• Handle bakery and pastry items, including packing, reheating, displaying, and serving.
• Prepare and pack takeaway, self-collection, and delivery orders accurately.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, POS systems, and other equipment properly.
• Handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately.
• Restock beverages, bakery items, packaging materials, and other supplies when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter, equipment, display area, and outlet.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and Company SOPs at all times.
• Assist with general outlet duties and other tasks assigned by Management when required.
