Job summary

Jora Malaysia offers a 3–6 month internship to support daily operations oversight at a Kuala Lumpur parking facility. You will help supervise attendants, manage schedules, and learn parking management systems while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires a Diploma in a related field, basic Microsoft Office skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. Shifts include weekends; RM1,500 monthly allowance provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and team coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the parking facility.
• Supervise and coordinate parking attendants to ensure service levels.
• Perform routine checks on equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Support manual revenue collection and reporting to Finance.
• Escalate customer inquiries about cashless payments or tickets as needed.
• Conduct site patrols for safety and report defects to management.
• Gain proficiency in Parking Management Systems and analytics.
