Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, offers an internship in the Ocean Freight Department for Business & Logistics students to learn from senior experts and gain hands-on experience across the department.

During the internship, you will handle general correspondences, monitor export/import movements, prepare documentation, coordinate routine customer reports, maintain ISO-compliant records, respond to internal inquiries, and monitor data and system compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
• Intake for Oct 2026 onwards.
• Experience dealing with customers is a plus.
• Being able to write and speak professionally in English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).

Responsibilities

• General correspondences with customer, suppliers, agents, and other inter-department for ocean freight movements.
• Monitor and coordinate export & import ocean freight movements.

This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in Ocean Freight Department. Successful candidate will be provided internship allowance on a monthly basis.
