REFORM is seeking a Creative Strategy Intern to join during the mid-October or Early November 2026 intake. The role blends creativity, strategy, and business development, translating ideas into client-winning pitches.

You will assist in preparing proposals, design decks for pitches, and support projects from inception to completion. The position offers mentorship and hands-on experience in creative strategy, with a convenient location near SS15 LRT Station in Subang Jaya.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or Communication.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; Mandarin is a plus.
• Solid research and analytical skills; ability to generate insights.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing proposals for brands/clients with compelling research and alignment to client objectives.
• Design and develop visually engaging decks for client pitches and internal meetings.
• Support projects from inception to completion, including research and briefing.
• Collaborate with the team to support client, agency, and new business efforts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate productive ideas.
• Help manage projects through all phases ensuring timely execution.
• Perform other tasks to support the team.
