REFORM in Subang Jaya is seeking driven and enthusiastic Business Development Interns to join our team. You will work closely with the Business Development Team to assist in lead generation, market research, and day-to-day operations within a dynamic, growing company.

This paid internship offers hands-on sales and BD experience, mentorship from senior professionals, and exposure to client meetings, proposals, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client and team relationships.
• Experience using Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proactive, growth-minded and eager to contribute to the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist BD team with lead generation and sales reporting.
• Support senior BD professionals in client meetings, presentations, negotiations.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Help develop business proposals and presentations for prospects.
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support the BD team.
• Collaborate with team to execute BD initiatives.
