Job summary

MANOTS Therapy And Development Centre in Shah Alam seeks an experienced Clinical Team Leader to elevate clinical standards and mentor a multidisciplinary team. You will blend direct care with leadership to raise practice quality, develop protocols, and help scale our paediatric services.

The role requires active MAHPC registration, a relevant degree in OT/SLP/Physiotherapy, and 4+ years of clinical practice with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
• Active MAHPC registration with a valid APC.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized clinical sessions for children and families.
• Guide, evaluate, and support junior therapists, fostering continuous learning.
• Elevate documentation, reporting, and goal-setting standards across therapies.
• Partner with management to refine service delivery and scale centre operations.
