Qualifications

• Must have Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Registered with Malaysian Occupational Therapy Association.
• Registered with Malaysian Allied Health Professionals Board.
• General knowledge of occupational management of various conditions.
• Patient oriented; good teamwork; effective communication; empathy.

Responsibilities

• Carry a clinical caseload involving assessment and treatment.
• Maintain up-to-date accurate problem-oriented medical records to comply with legal and clinical requirements.
• Identify hazards and report deficiencies in working conditions, equipment or procedures.
• Make independent clinical decisions and evaluate examination outcomes with support from senior staff.
• Attend and participate in MDT meetings and case conferences.
• Communicate relevant clinical information to all MDT members within health and social services.
