Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a packing operator to support the Mixing area by packing, weighing, labeling, and preparing mixed rubber compounds according to the delivery plan and production requirements.

You will pack sheets/strips to specified weights, label for traceability, and store packed materials while maintaining 5S and cleanliness in a production environment. Willingness to work shifts and adhere to PPE guidelines is required.

Qualifications

• Able to follow instructions and work in a shopfloor environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a production area.
• Demonstrates discipline, teamwork and safety awareness.
• Willing to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Mixing area by packing, weighing, labeling, and preparing mixed rubber compounds according to delivery plan and procedures.
• Pack compound sheets/strips according to weight and packaging standards.
• Label and tag each batch accurately for traceability.
• Arrange packed materials on pallets and move to designated storage area.
• Perform visual checks to ensure compound quality before packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the packing area.
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Report any quality or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
