Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Supervisor - Quality Control & Packing (Production) to oversee packing workers, manage material staging, and ensure compliance with written work instructions. The role includes monitoring performance of group leaders and inspectors, and providing on-the-job training.

You will implement packing procedures, maintain clean storage areas, review checklists, and handle issues raised by supervisors. Willing to work rotating shifts (7AM-7PM/7PM-7AM) in Sepang, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field or relevant studies preferred.
• SPM leavers with supervisory experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packing workers to perform tasks according to written work instructions.
• Place and arrange packaging materials from the store based on the packing plan.
• Verify and monitor the work completed by Group Leaders and Inspectors.
• Handle and follow up on problems raised by Group Leaders.
• Check and review all checklists and reports submitted by Group Leaders and subordinates on a timely basis.
• Provide on-the-job training to Packers, Inspectors, Group Leaders, and other operators.
• Implement and enforce packing procedures and packing methods in daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in storage, packaging, online, and final packing areas.
• Store, label, and segregate products properly in designated areas.
• Conduct appraisals for workers during the probationary period.
