Job summary

Halton is looking for a dedicated Packing & Material Handler to support our manufacturing and logistics operations. This role is responsible for packing finished goods, handling materials, performing quality inspections, and ensuring smooth production flow while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Whether you're a fresh graduate or have prior experience, we welcome passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute production orders according to schedules and work instructions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Prepare, pack, and label products accurately for shipment.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with 6S practices.
• Operate a forklift and carry out loading and unloading activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Support other production and warehouse activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Certificate, Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1 year or more of experience in manufacturing, packing, warehouse, or QC environments is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills.
• Good understanding of workplace safety practices and PPE requirements.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Added Advantages

• Experience in Packing, Quality Control (QC), or Material Handling roles.
• Valid forklift operation experience or certification.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and automation.
