Job summary

Malayan Flour Mills Berhad is hiring for a Production Line Leader to operate the 25kg packing line and ensure timely order fulfillment. You will manage packing materials and spare parts to prevent interruptions and uphold safety standards on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing.
• SKM or SPM or equivalent.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and meet production targets.
• Able to work in shifts and handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the 25kg packing line to make sure orders are packed and delivered on time.
• Manage packing materials and spare parts so production is not interrupted.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness rules, including using PPE and keeping the work area clean (5S).
• Record and submit daily production reports, CCP, and OPRP records correctly.
• Help with machine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Join training and learn new skills during work.
