Job summary

NOV is hiring for a warehouse position at our Kulai, Johor facility. The role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping goods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures and safety guidelines.

You will maintain cleanliness, comply with PPE requirements and report any hazards promptly. The candidate should have an SPM or Warehouse Certificate, basic warehouse knowledge, good communication, and must be able to work rotating shifts with overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow work instructions and safety protocols.
• Must be able to perform warehouse movements and handling.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Own transport required.
• Forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack and ship according to customer needs.
• Ensure finished goods are well packed and meet quality standards.
• Maintain clean and safe warehouse and surrounding areas.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE as required.
• Report safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisor.
• Work overtime on weekends/holidays when needed.

Ensure all inventory movements are performed accurately and efficiently in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities at the assigned location according to customer requirements.
• Ensure all finished goods are properly packed and meet the company's quality standards before shipment.
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse and surrounding areas.
• Comply with all safety regulations and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Promptly report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
• Perform overtime duties on weekends and public holidays when required to support operational needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM Qualification or Warehouse Certificate or any equivalent.
• Basic understanding of Warehouse processes.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Preferred those with forklift licence
• Ability to carry physical works.
• This role required to work on rotating shifts.
• Able to work overtime (if required).
• Good communication skills required.
• Possess own transport.
