Job summary

Nov Inc in Kulai, Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate inventory movements and efficient processing in line with established procedures and safety guidelines.

You will perform receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping to meet customer requirements, ensure finished goods meet quality standards, maintain cleanliness, and comply with safety protocols. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required; forklift license preferred and own transport is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or warehouse certificate.
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety protocols.
• Able to work rotating shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping per customer requirements.
• Ensure finished goods are properly packed and meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the warehouse and surrounding areas.
• Comply with safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Promptly report safety hazards, equipment issues, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
• Work overtime on weekends/public holidays when required.

Ensure all inventory movements are performed accurately and efficiently in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.

• Perform receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities at the assigned location according to customer requirements.
• Ensure all finished goods are properly packed and meet the company’s quality standards before shipment.
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse and surrounding areas.
• Comply with all safety regulations and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Promptly report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
• Perform overtime duties on weekends and public holidays when required to support operational needs.
• Minimum SPM Qualification or Warehouse Certificate or any equivalent.
• Basic understanding of Warehouse processes.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Preferred those with forklift licence
• Ability to carry physical works.
• This role required to work on rotating shifts.
• Able to work overtime (if required).Possess own transport.
