Zusammenfassung

NEFAB is seeking a QA Packaging Engineer to ensure product quality during manufacturing, implement and maintain QC procedures, and drive improvements for ISO 9001/14001/13485 compliance. This role collaborates with Production, Sourcing and Suppliers to prevent non-conformities and deliver quality outcomes.

The candidate will lead quality assurance activities, perform inspections, approve materials, and prepare 8D reports, while maintaining records and supporting audits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering/Material Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in product quality or related field.
• Experience in packaging, plastics thermoforming, injection molding, extrusion; knowledge of E&E/semiconductor clean room; knowledge of corrugated, foam, wooden crate and ESD-related packaging is a plus.
• Languages: Any other languages are added advantages.

Aufgaben

• Inspect purchased parts, subassemblies or finished product per defined criteria (including FAI).
• Approve inspected materials that conform to specifications.
• Authority to stop production when non-conforming material produced.
• Assist QA team in establishing SOPs, work instructions, guidelines, forms, etc.
• Collaborate with Production, Sourcing and suppliers on quality matters.
• Handle quality issues to closure with containment, corrective and preventive actions via root cause analysis.
• Prepare 8D reports for customers and issue non-conformance reports to suppliers.
• Review manufacturing risks and identify improvement potentials; ensure actions to close gaps.
• Prepare quality reports, analyze data, summarize findings and lead improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections and reports.
• Support NPI timelines; work under deadlines.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain for smooth production flow.
• Assist department head in internal/external audits.
• Arrange calibration and verification of measurement devices.
• Track quality performance including supplier performance; prepare reports.
• Document control and data entry accuracy.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
