Job summary

Haco Group Malaysia is seeking a packaging and warehouse associate to operate with minimal supervision, inspect products prior to packaging, and report to the Packaging Supervisor on all related issues.

You will perform on-line quality control, prepare inspection reports, and monitor stock levels for packaging materials and consumables while aiming to improve production efficiency and maintain safety and housekeeping standards. Shift work is required.

Qualifications

Knowledge of manufacturing process, packaging and warehousing.
1 year experience in similar function, preferably from similar industry.

Responsibilities

To perform packaging and warehouse activities with minimal supervision and report directly to the Packaging Supervisor on all related issues.
To inspect products prior to packaging.
To perform on-line quality control to ensure products made are within the established quality specifications.
To prepare inspection reports and update data.
To update Packaging Supervisor on stock level for packaging materials & consumables items and activities on incoming and outgoing goods.
To optimize production efficiency and reduce processing waste.
To propose methods for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
To maintain good safety, hygiene and housekeeping practices.
To comply with company’s rules and regulations.
Perform shift work as required.
Perform any other job/function that may be assigned by the superior.
